If you care to cast your mind back dear readers, to June this year you will remember a sneak peak post I made on the ingenious exhibition ‘A Queen Within' being held at The World of Chess, Hall of Fame in St Louis, Missouri.
This original idea, morphing chess and fashion! (yes really) has finally opened its doors, revealing a truly spectacular showcase… and as promised here are images of the show.

Rare pieces on display include one of the world’s largest private collections of Alexander McQueen, alongside garments from Gianfranco Ferre, Gucci, Hussein Chalayan, Iris Van Herpen and Maison Martin Margiela. Innovatively curated using metaphoric props and bespoke mannequins and bustforms from design-led mannequin manufacture; proportion london, I am sure you will agree the exhibition is simply stunning!
For more information regarding the exhibition please visit their website.
To view mannequins and bustforms please visit the proportion london website.
Here, I would like to add more information on dummies, mannequins, display dummies along with their producers - mannequins companies
